Where are we located?
101 Sports Acdemy operates throughout the Lower Mainland and Vancouver area, with locations varying based on request. For weight room training, we currently train out of The Studio Gym at 672 Leg in Boot Square, Vancouver.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions run in a standard one-hour time block. Longer sessions may be available upon request.
Which sports do you work with?
We work with all! All sports are welcome to our services. For on-field skill sessions, we specialize in baseball.
What are the package services?
Package services are available for commitments of 3 months or more, allowing you to customize a program tailored to your athlete's needs.
Example: Combine Strength & Conditioning, Speed, and Pitching services to create a specialized and holistic training plan.
